Welcome to WOW DAY.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WOW DAY mobile application (“App”) and any related services provided by WOW Team (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using WOW DAY, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About WOW DAY

WOW DAY is a personal productivity and self-development application designed to help users:

  • Build positive habits
  • Plan daily schedules and tasks
  • Improve focus through Focus Timer
  • Record daily journals
  • Define and review a personal Life Mission
  • Track progress through WOW Score
  • Read and save positive affirmations

WOW DAY is intended solely as a productivity and personal development tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use WOW DAY.

If you are under the required age, you must use the App only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

3. User Account

To access certain features, you may sign in using:

  • Google Sign-In
  • Email and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all personal content you create within WOW DAY, including but not limited to:

  • Tasks
  • Habits
  • Journal entries
  • Life Mission
  • Notes
  • Personal goals
  • WOW Score history
  • Personal settings

By using WOW DAY, you grant WOW Team a limited license to store, process, synchronize, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

WOW Team does not claim ownership of your personal content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use WOW DAY for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App.
  • Upload malware or malicious code.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of WOW DAY.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Premium Features

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

If you purchase WOW DAY Premium:

  • Payments are securely processed by Google Play.
  • Subscription management is handled through your Google Play account.
  • Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Google Play’s applicable policies.

WOW Team does not store your payment card information.

7. Availability of the Service

We strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service.

However, WOW DAY is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available without maintenance.

8. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features at any time.

Some updates may be required to continue using certain features of the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to WOW DAY, including but not limited to:

  • Application design
  • User interface
  • Source code
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Original affirmation content created by WOW Team
  • Documentation

remain the exclusive property of WOW Team unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of WOW DAY is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

11. Disclaimer

WOW DAY is designed to assist users in improving productivity and personal growth.

We do not guarantee that using WOW DAY will result in any specific personal, educational, professional, financial, or health outcomes.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WOW Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of the App
  • Inability to use the App
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party services
  • Device compatibility issues

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue its use.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using WOW DAY at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse the Service
  • Compromise the security or integrity of WOW DAY

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify users through the App.

Continued use of WOW DAY after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
